I don’t know about you buy my skin really drys out in the winter. It feels tight and dry, expecially in the morning. I also get exema on my shins if I don’t stay on top of my regimine. I end up with scratches on my legs because it itches so much. I scratch in my sleep.
I sell Avon and have tried many of their skin treatments. Here are some products that I’ve found that helps prevent dry, itchy skin in winter.
Skin so Soft Signature Silk Cream Oil Body Wash. This body wash contains Vitamin E and exfoliators to cleanse and moisturize your skin. Even my elbows feel softer. In the winter, turn down the heat in your shower to luke warm to prevent over drying your skin. I can’t say enough about how well this works.
Skin so Soft Signature Silk Gel Body Oil. This gel glides on with 24+ hour moisturization; instantly softens,hydrates and conditions skin with no sticky or greasy after feel. It drys to a powdery finish. I use it immediately after my shower. It healed the dry skin on my legs like magic.
Foot Works Therapeutic Cracked Heel Relief Cream. It’s easy to forget your feet in winter because you aren’t wearing open toed shoes. But without a daily dose of moisture, you feet can get dry and cracked – especially wearing socks. I use this cream after every shower and my feet feel soft and moisturized. It also provides first aid relief with soothing lidocaine.
For my face, the ANEW Ultimate day cream works well for daily use. However, I need to add more moisture to my night routine to avoid dry tight skin in the morning. I use the ANEW GENICS night treatment cream and then apply the ANEW Ultimate Night Gold Emulsion on top to pump up the moisture. My skin feels soft and glowing in the morning.
My lips really dry out in winter. I find that if I want moisture during the day with some color, the Glazewear lip glosses work great. However, if you don’t want to keep applying gloss, I’ve found that the new Avon Lip Stain marker works great. I then apply the Moisture Therapy Intensive Treatment Moisturing Lip Balm (SPF15) to keep my lips moist.
Moisture Therapy Intensive Treatment Hand Cream. This hand cream is the best I’ve ever used from Avon. It’s fragrance free and hospital tested. It stays on for hours even through washing. It really helps prevent dry cracked skin.
